1.  What payment methods do you accept?  What if I do not want to use PayPal?

We use PayPal to process our payments so we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, or you may pay using your PayPal balance.  You do not have to have a PayPal account to checkout, simply checkout as a guest.

If you do not want to use PayPal, please call us at (610) 295-4072 and we will be happy to process your credit card directly through Square.com.

2.  Is your site secure?

Yes.  When you choose to pay through PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution, we never see your credit card number.  PayPal tells us that you have paid and we ship your order.  If you choose to have your payment processed through Square.com, no credit card information will be stored.

3.  How is my order shipped?

Items are shipped via USPS Insured First Class Mail within seven business days of purchase.  In most cases, expedited shipping is available.  Please contact us for more information.

PLEASE NOTE:  Shipping and handling charges include order processing, packaging, and shipping.  Insurance is also included to protect both you and Lisa Boland Designs in case of loss, theft, or damage.  Insurance applies within the U.S. only.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:  Buyer is responsible for all duties, customs, brokerage fees, taxes, and any other fees associated with delivery.  Lisa Boland Designs cannot be held responsible for any additional shipping fees levied upon receipt.  We will complete all declarations necessary at the USPS.  Delivery times will vary by country and service.  Delivery confirmation and insurance are not available for international orders.

4.  What is your return/exchange policy?

Lisa Boland Designs offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  We will accept returns or exchanges if you are unhappy for any reason with your purchase.  If your item is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the USPS.

In every case of a return or exchange, please contact us within seven (7) days of receipt to let us know the reason for the return and to receive a Return Authorization Number.

Items must be returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, LESS the original shipping cost.  Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless due to damage during shipment or our error.  If you should need to return your purchase, please be sure to wrap the item(s) securely and ship postage prepaid and insured by a reputable carrier of your choice.  Lisa Boland Designs cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

We will cover all shipping expenses to re-ship any replacements if the original item was damaged or due to our error.  In all other cases, the cost of shipping a replacement is the client’s responsibility.

Lisa Boland Designs’ photographs are taken in natural daylight to give the clearest and most accurate representation possible.  Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have before purchasing and we will respond promptly.
